Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mind Growth Companion aims to handle scheduling, cancellations, and refunds with fairness, clarity, and respect for both the client’s circumstances and the professional time reserved for the engagement.

Specific terms may vary depending on the service, package, organization agreement, location, and format. Confirmed written terms take priority where they differ from this general policy.

Clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full or deducted from a package, depending on the agreed terms.

If Mind Growth Companion needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a suitable alternative appointment will be offered.

Refunds are considered according to the service purchased, work already delivered, time reserved, preparation completed, and any written agreement in place. Completed sessions, delivered consultations, digital materials, and customized preparation are generally non-refundable.

Where a package is cancelled before all sessions are used, any eligible refund or credit will be assessed after deducting delivered sessions, preparation, administrative costs, and any non-refundable components.

Training, workshops, and organizational development engagements may involve preparation, customization, coordination, travel planning, and reserved delivery time. Cancellation and refund terms for these services are confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

Mind Growth Companion services, including coaching, Human Energy Development, Reiki, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques, CBT-informed approaches, and Feng Shui Energy Consultation, are educational and developmental services. They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or crisis support.

If a service is not suitable or another professional pathway is recommended, Mind Growth Companion may decline, pause, or end an engagement and discuss any applicable refund or credit according to the work already completed and the terms agreed.
